This week I finished recording the audio version of my book “Apart, Away, Together-Poetry from the Heart of Divorce” at Nightsound Studios in Carrboro, NC. It was my third session there and I have to say it was just so much fun. They have more gizmo’s and dials and blinking lights in there than Star Trek. When I got home and listened to the whole thing…I then realized that I must make some edits and rerecord. So, one more trip back to work with Sam and to really finish the book.
When all is said and done I am going to design a website just for that book. I’ll have the book available in print, Ebook, audio formats. Then I will also have the individual poems for sale on Itunes and other places. Life is funny. Not only did I never believe I’d be divorced…I for sure never could have forseen making an audio book version of a divorce poetry support book.
